Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Cubital Tunnel Syndrome is the result of pressure or stretching of the ulnar nerve (also known as the “funny bone nerve”). This nerve goes through a channel on the inner side of the elbow. Symptoms can include numbness or tingling in the small fingers and ring finger, forearm pain and/or hand weakness. Pressure, stretching and anatomical differences can cause cubital tunnel syndrome.
Dr. Yashar will perform a physical exam as well a few in office tests to determine if cubital tunnel syndrome is the source of your pain and discomfort.
The first treatment is to avoid actions that cause symptoms. Sometimes, surgery may be needed to relieve the pressure on the nerve.
There are a few surgical procedures that will relieve pressure on the ulnar nerve at the elbow; ulnar nerve transposition and cubital tunnel release. Dr. Yashar will talk with you about the option that would be best for you.

- I realized that Dr. Yashar genuinely cares to cure his patient with or without money, which makes him an exceptional doctor in a city that most physicians don't even listen to their patients, and all they do is to collect $ and ignore patients. At Dr. Yashar office I dealt with Amber and Michael who has been a credit to their profession and went above and beyond patient satisfaction.
